Lily was with us from April through August of 2024 and we would keep her forever if she wasn’t moving out of state. Lily has become a part of our family. We love her energy, enthusiasm, playfulness and kindness. She has been such an amazing caregiver for our five-year old son. Our son's mood and manners compared to when he was in the school after-care program is night and day! Lily is a natural nanny—she really connects with kids on their level and engages in fun, active play (she was a staple at the school playground 4-square games ;) Also, Lily is SO CLEAN! I love this about her. She was always helping with the dishes and do light cleanup around the house. This was so helpful as the mid-week would get crazy. Hiring Lily was a no-brainer for us — she is sweet and engaging and easy to talk to. She is also a great communicator. She was 100% reliable and always showed up on time. We even asked her to do an overnight one time so my husband and I could get away. There’s not that many people I would leave our son with overnight, but I didn’t think twice about it with Lily. We were so grateful to have had Lily in our lives and we know our son is a better person because of the care she gave him.
