About Lily Nicole

There are so many moments everyday where we can learn! I love working with the younger generation to help encourage them to be their best selves and have been doing this in a wide variety of ways throughout my life. For the past 5 years, I've been working with college students who have social communication challenges and learning differences in a residential program which helps our community foster their independence through a person centered and unconditional positive regard approach (in order for them to complete their journey in higher education independently). I also baby sat through my entire undergrad experience and in high school because I am a passionate youth advocate. I've always enjoyed being a part of the growth process for the people I am responsible caring for and am looking for a family who aligns with my values and care taking style. Playful artistic expression is vital for me and I would be honored to encourage more crafting within your family unit as well!
