We hired Lily in December 2020 for a 6-month full-time nanny position with my twin boys. They were 14 months old when she started with us. They absolutely ADORE her! She's so patient, kind, and calm with them. She's taught my boys many things including songs, baby sign language, and counting (the list goes on and on!). Lily makes watching two toddlers look easy. We also have a yellow lab that she's wonderful with too. Moreover, Lily is reliable, responsible, and friendly. If we weren't relocating, we'd continue to employ her - she's become a part of the family and we can't say enough good things about her!
