About Lily

Hi! My name is Lily, and I've been working with kids for over 6 years. I have experience with children of all ages, and I always strive to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment. I'm also comfortable with light housekeeping and meal prep if needed. I'd love the chance to support your family however I can! I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, warm and dedicated! I like working with kids because I love learning their different personalities and helping them grow individualistically! I've had a lot of experience working with the Reggio Emilia approach, which has taught me a lot about embracing each child's unique personality. In my spare time, I like to play with my dogs, hike, take cycle and pilates classes, and bake! One thing you should know about me is I am temporarily working in Scottsdale, as I am currently a student at U Mich (go blue!) and am home for the summer.
