About Linda

I currently work as a para educator in the public schools, primarily in Kindergarten and 1st grades. My availability begins after the typical school day. I started babysitting as a teenager, and during my summers in college I worked as a nanny and babysitter for children from the ages of 3 months old to 3 years old. In a private school I taught elementary math and science to 3rd through 5th grade. I also worked in a Montessori school as an assistant teacher for 3-6-year-olds. Now I have three children of my own, ages 2, 6, and 9. I like to do a variety of activities to keep the children engaged and playing and learning, from going to the playground, reading, music and singing, playing with toys, and arts and crafts. I speak some Spanish as well, and I love learning bits of other languages, like French, German, Italian, and Norwegian. I would love to meet you and your family!
