About Lindsay

I have tutored middle school and high school math & science for several years. I am also a credentialed multiple subject teacher (grades k-8) with a masters in teaching and a concentration teaching single subject science (grades 6-12). I have had experience teaching middle school science and math for 3. 5 years, 1st grade for 1 year and 5th grade for . 5 years. I also have 4 years of experience tutoring high schoolers & middle schoolers in mathematics, pre-algebra, geometry, algebra I & II, along with some pre-calculus and Calculus. On the science side, I have experience tutoring high school biology and psychology and have taught middle school biology, chemistry, physics and earth science. During this time I gained a lot of experience making accommodations for students with ADHD, slow processing and difficulty with executive functioning (organization). In addition to teaching and learning I also love being active outdoors, cooking biscuits and singing!
