Hi families, I am a career nanny, mom to five young adults, pet mom to six and a wife to my amazing wife for over 18yrs. I have been a nanny in the Portland area since 2014, and feel very lucky to have met so many amazing families. Lindsay is such a kind and caring individual. She’s been such an amazing nanny to our 8mo old daughter these past several months and my 3yr old also is excited to see Lindsay on days that she watches him as well. 

 It’s so wonderful to see my baby’s face light up when Lindsay walks in the door each morning. 

Her experience is also very valuable as well! It’s clear that she knows how to take care of children and she fosters a collaborative relationship with the parents which we have appreciated so much. 

Lindsay was always great with our daughter and we’d certainly use her again if the need arises! 

Lindsay was our nanny for about 9 months for our infant twins. They both loved her! She was so knowledgeable about milestones and helping get them into routines - including sleeping and eating! She helped a lot with transportation and even dealt with our daughter’s feeding tube like a pro. She made being a first time mom a LOT easier on me. 

Lindsay is awesome! We've hired her both as a nanny and as a date-night sitter. She is attentive, easy to work with and our kiddo loves her and gets so excited when they get to spend time together. I highly recommend her!

Lindsay has attended child centered classes that I have through the years with several of the children in her care. I have had many nannies attend my classes and over the last 15 years I would say that Lindsay is in the top 3 caregivers that has caught my eye as being extremely attentive, kind, loving and engaged with children. The constant smile on her face tells me that she loves what she does and it definitely shows. I've noticed that she is particularly good with twins so if that is something that you need, I think Lindsay would be an amazing fit. I highly recommend her for a nanny position!

Lindsay is so knowledgeable in all aspects of childcare.  From infant care to preschool development and everything in-between.  Her child centered view allows kids to feel emotionally supported and safe. Her communication to all involved is very important to her, as well as feeling part of the family. Any family would be so lucky to have her.

Lindsay worked with our family for many years.  She was a big part of our world and a great partner to both me and my husband.  She connected with our kids who at the time were middle school age (three 11 year old girls and one 9 year old girl).  Lindsay helped them with homework, chores and fun projects like scrapbooks, iron beads, etc.  She picked them up from school (three schools) and managed each of their needs ranging from school work to sports. Our then middle schoolers will go to college this coming Fall and our then 9 year old is a thriving sophomore in high school.  Lindsay has been part of our journey and to this day we are in touch with her and her family.

We had a great experience with Lindsay as our nanny for two years, from the time our daughter was about six months old until she was 2 1/2.  The only reason that changed was when COVID hit, the world locked down, and our child care needs changed.  Lindsay was very caring and safe with our daughter.  Lindsay is the most punctual person I've ever met - she was never late, not once, despite having a significant commute to reach our house.  She was also quite flexible if we needed to adjust our child care schedule on a given day or week.  We still consider Lindsay part of the family and our kid is always excited when we get to see her.

Lindsay is an amazing nanny. I've had the pleasure of working beside her as a nanny. Pre-pandemic we would take our nanny kiddos on outings together.  She's calm, patient, fun, and always safe.  She's great at holding boundaries and all around an amazing nanny.  You'd be getting the best of the best!

Lindsay is attentive and caring with lots of warm love for your babies. They would absolutely be in great hands with her. Lindsay helped us out for a few days when we had a gap in childcare. My toddler twins, who sometimes take a while to warm up to people, liked her right away. She was a great communicator, sent plenty of picture updates, and took the boys on lots of little (COVID-safe) adventures. We felt confident having her watch our boys and would definitely hire her again if we have the need.
