I have an interdisciplinary background in education, nutrition, and the arts, and I believe in supporting both a healthy mind and body. I enjoy encouraging curiosity and creativity through art, reading, outdoor activities, games, and hands-on learning, while also helping children develop healthy habits and a positive relationship with food and movement. I'm happy to assist with nutritious meal preparation, homework, light housekeeping, and daily routines. I follow each family's lead regarding household rules and communication preferences, and I'm comfortable caring for pets as well. My goal is to provide a calm, creative, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves while continuing to learn and grow.
