About Lindsey

I'm a Mizzou grad, a cancer survivor, and a 'Tiger Tía' with over 10 years of experience providing high-energy, reliable care. My focus is always on the 'why'--understanding each child's unique perspective to help them thrive. I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent kids and adults. My approach uses 'scenario mapping' to anticipate needs before they arise, creating a calm, agile environment where daily routines feel smooth and empowering. From managing infant milestones to coaching young adults at Triangle Disability & Autism Services, I take pride in being the 'trusted advisor' families can call for everything from date nights to week-long vacations. When I'm not hiking with my rescue dog, Holly, or hitting the golf course, I love bringing that 'all-in' team player attitude to my work with families. I'm a firm believer that life is an adventure, and I'm here to make sure your kids feel confident, supported, and ready for whatever the day brings!
