Lisa helped us when our regular aide was away, and now we are trying to find a way to make her a regular member of our care team. The most important thing I can share about Lisa is that my mother adored her instantly. She reports feeling safe, respected, and like she is visiting with a good friend not being cared for by an aide. Lisa is joyful, kind, punctual, diligent as well as an excellent communicator. She performs above and beyond with all responsibilities given to her. We are so pleased to have found her.
