Balancing the roles of caregiver and educator, I have navigated the complexities of supporting individuals with diverse social-emotional, autism, cognitive delays and many other disabilities and challenges with grace and expertise. My personal experience as a special needs mom has undoubtedly enriched my professional practice, allowing me to empathize deeply with both my students and their families. I have created inclusive learning environments where every individual is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. I am able to take the child, young adult, adult to where they are, and challenge them to the next step.
