I have childcare experience for the long haul. I am from a large extended family. Constantly being surrounded by my 20 younger cousins, a neighborhood of toddlers and younger siblings. I earned several years of childcare in my own home environment. My high school ran a daycare that I worked in as well as the before and after-school care that our school district (623) ran all summer. I am from a family of five girls which the youngest sibling and I have a 16 year age gap. I naturally was the go-to girl, being the middle child to help with anything. I have worked taking care of kids when I was not even old enough to drive. Even though childcare stopped being a full-time career for a while.. Lisa is very good at connecting with kids and making things fun for them, but at the same time has clear boundaries. My girls loved spending time with Lisa and I always had peace of mind knowing they were with her.
