About Lisa

I had an 84-year-old, retired nurse as my mother, that I adore and am grateful to for raising me in her field of work, in a nursing home as a child. I learned so much about the benefits of learning from my elders and to care for their needs as they aged. I have spent the last 5 years cooking, providing meals, medical care and company to the elderly, specializing in Alzheimer's and Dementia care, some with mobility, health & mental issues. I appreciate the experience & learn from every conversation and every moment spent with my extended elderly family. I have my own reliable car, fully insured, a clear criminal and drug screen record. I was a foster parent for 5+ years and adopted 3 children. I am advanced CPR/AED, Advanced Driver/Passenger Safety and water safety trained as well. I love animals, so pet care or companionship is great too.
