About Lisa

Hi there! My name is Lisa, I'm 25 years old and I just moved to LA from Nashville, TN. I have a BS in Mass Communications & Music Business from Belmont University and have been caring for children ages 6 weeks-15 years for the past 10 years. I started out as a camp counselor at a horse back riding camp where I ended up being the assistant director of the Pony Pal camp, which was 15 children ages 5-7. I also worked as a floater, caring for ages 6 weeks-10 years. In the infant room, I was responsible for 3 babies on my own, and in the toddler room, 6 toddlers on my own. I have also had several nanny jobs with individual families. My first was a summer live-in position for a 3-month-old little boy. I then became a nanny during the school year for 7-year-old twins. The following year I worked an after school position for a 4-year-old girl and her 7-year-old brother. During my college career, I babysat for two families-one was an 18-month-old little girl. When she was three, the family adopted a 10-month-old and I cared for both of them. The other was a 3-month-old little girl. When she was two the family had a son and I cared for them both until the girl was 3 and the boy was 1. I still babysit for them whenever I am home to visit my family. In the past, my responsibilities have included, meal preparing/serving meal, nap time, transportation to and from activities/school, planning activities, bottles, diapers, dishes, laundry, etc. Right now I am looking for both consistent work and occasional babysitting opportunities and my schedule is flexible.
