Our family was visiting the North Fork from California, and Lisa babysat so we could have a night out while our kids were in bed. She arrived after bedtime, but I would have felt extremely comfortable with her watching them while they were awake too. Lisa is an excellent communicator, She's someone we would work with again on future visits and would recommend to other parents in the area.
