About Lisa

I'd describe my personality as responsible, caring, nurturing I like caring for seniors because it gives me a sense of purpose, and gives peace of mind to family members. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and focuses on social interaction, conversation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands with some hands-on physical care. I started caring for seniors when I was a teenager. My parents owned an assisted living home that included seniors with different disabilities such as, blindness, mutism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy and Alzheimer's. After raising my children, I decided to return to assisted care. I currently take care of an adult male with epilepsy and cerebral palsy. In my spare time, I like to work in my garden, and spend time outdoors, and also enjoy crafts. One thing you should know about me is that I would take great care of your family member as they were my own family. My skills include compassion, patience and adaptability,
