In all those years of experience, I have bottled and burped baby, changed countless diapers, introduced solid foods, been there for teething, listened for the first words, watched baby sit up for the first time, helped with the first steps, to toilet training, to aiding a child with reading, to everything in between. It has been a wonderful adventure! Due to all this wonderful experience, I can work with minimal supervision. Lisa looked after our son full time for a year and a half, from when he was 6 months to 2 years old. She has done a great job. She genuinely cared about our son, and spent many hours playing and reading books with him. She was reliable and accommodating to our parenting style (for example, she learned to use cloth diapers). We were very happy with Lisa and only parted ways because we wanted our son to start interacting with other children his age regularly at daycare. Based on our experience, we highly recommend her.
