About Lisa

As a former teacher certified in English and Reading, and as a mom of college graduates, I am passionate about child development. Excellent childcare can be an important part of children's growth. With a nurturing and responsible sitter, children can learn new socialization skills, explore creative play, and create healthy attachment styles. While I am no longer in the classroom and no longer raising my own children, I still have a mother teacher heart. I would love to spend time sharing that heart with you and your family. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, and empathetic. I like working with kids because they are sweet! I'm looking for weekend opportunities, but I can babysit on some weekday evenings and rare workweek days. I babysat as a teenager and became a certified teacher in 2005. In my spare time, I like to read and praise. One thing you should know is that I have a generous spirit. My skills include nurturing, listening, and sharing.
