I have 14 years of childcare experience working with children ranging from 1 month to 14 years old, 1-4 children at a time. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, consistency, engagement, and respecting each family's routines and parenting style. I value creating an environment where children feel comfortable, safe, and supported. My experience ranges from infant care to managing busy schedules for preteens and teens, including school pickups, activities, transportation, homework support, meal preparation, and day-to-day household coordination. I've worked with multiple families through Care throughout college, and alongside my primary career, adjusting my availability over the years depending on my primary career workload.
