About Lisa

Experience: 3 yrs

COVID-19 vaccinated

I'm currently FT nanny to a toddler almost ready for preschool. I've cared for him from 5 months old, he is now 30 months. He will soon start preschool full time. I've given him the best possible start so he is ready for preschool. I filled his days with music, reading and language, nature walks, art and other activities and shared his victories, learning to crawl, walk, talk and do things all by himself. Since I'm a photographer I record his day in photos so mom and dad don't miss anything. I taught him baby sign language before he could talk. We are currently potty training. I am responsible for his meals, baths, the family laundry, light housekeeping and keeping the household organized. I love to work with first time parents. I bring experience and knowledge so new parents can have peace of mind. I would love to find a new mom who will go back to work this fall or winter and wants to line up a great nanny early. References and resume available.

Lisa has been with our family for 2 years, starting when our son was 6 months old. Her dependability and flexibility adds a huge amount of value to us. She arrives every day on time and is great about staying late if we have an appointment that will keep us beyond her usual end time or occasionally need a date night. She also helps us around the house with some light cleaning which is a huge help in allowing us more time when we’re home to actually play with our son. She is an excellent communicator, both proactively ensuring we’re all up to date on practical matters like scheduling and food / bath / etc supply levels as well as relaying both the fun and developmental updates with our son. She takes a ton of photos that we get weekly as well so we can see all the fun things they do while we’re working. She spends a lot of time researching the latest recommendations in activities that are appropriate for each developmental stage and is constantly coming up with art projects, activities and book ideas to ensure he is stimulated. And because she’s an artist, they do a lot of fun art projects. We have a little gallery for his work. My husband and I both strongly recommend Lisa as a nanny.
