We hired Lisa in September of 2022 when our daughter was 3 months old and I was returning to work. Lisa is an amazing caregiver. She learned our routine quickly and also adapted so well when we changed the routine. Our daughter loves Lisa and we would hire her again! We chose to start daycare around the time our daughter turned 1, otherwise, we would still have Lisa with us!
