About Lis

I'm a patient and caring childcare provider with a teaching background, passionate about helping children grow with confidence and respect. Based on Vygotsky's principles, I create a supportive and engaging environment where kids can explore, learn, and build independence I've been working with kids since 2022, in elementary education (6-12y old), daycare (0-3y old) and caring for children with special needs, including autism (all ages) and ADHD. I've also worked as a full time nanny. I guide children to create their own ideas by asking encouraging questions, helping them think creatively; I always talk to them about their feelings and never invalidate what they experience; I work exclusively with affection, respect, and immersion in the child's world, never using humiliation or punishment!
