About Liyah

Hi! I'm a passionate and caring educator who truly enjoys working with children of all ages. I currently work as a high school teacher, where I've developed strong skills in communication, patience, and problem-solving. Before teaching, I spend summers as a camp counselor, leading large groups of children ages 5-12 through fun activities, field trips, and hands-on projects-while also managing conflict resolution and promoting teamwork. I'm BLS and CPR certified, ensuring safety is always a top priority. Along with babysitting, I'm also happy to tutor in subjects like science and math, helping students build confidence and reach their learning goals. I also have previous nanny experience caring for a 2-year-old toddler, so I'm comfortable working with both younger and older children.
