I love taking care people that's why I choose this field of job, my experience like *Give personal care such as bathing, oral care, skin and hair care, preparing meals and Assistance with prescribed exercises and accompany patient to the Doctor's appointment.*Provides companionship, laundry, cleaning and promotes safe environment.*Respect the privacy and property of patient and encourages the patient to become as independent as possible within determined limitations, and according to the plan of care.*Perform simple procedure as directed, including but not limited to assistance with medications, ambulation, transfer, vital signs and changing of dressing.*Report changes in the patient's states and needs to the visiting nurses and family members.
