About Logan

I have worked for several areas in the Richmond area with children of a variety of ages. I have held two nannying jobs (as well as various babysitting jobs) l, which required me to plan day activities for the children, drive them to and from various activities, meal prep, alongside other duties. I have also tutored and pet sat in the past. I'd describe my personality as lighthearted, empathetic, and energetic. I like working with kids because I love to interact with their ideas and interests as they are beginning to form their sense of identity. Their energy and curiosity make childcare so unique. I'm looking for a job where I can foster not only a healthy relationship with the kids, but also their parents to ensure a successful work and healthy environment for the children. I started working with formally kids when I was in high school as a babysitter and later nanny. My skills include excellent communication skills, patience/active listening, and time management.
