We've worked with Lola for about 3 yrs now, and she's been an absolute gift to our family. She started with us full-time when our son was about 3 months old, and transitioned to part-time when he started daycare around age 1. Lola is warm and genuinely affectionate with our son. She's reliable; we've never had to worry about whether she'd show up or follow through on what we needed. She's been hands-on with helping us navigate starting solids, and she regularly takes the initiative to plan activities and outings rather than just waiting to be told what to do. At the end of each day, she gives us a detailed recap of how things went. She's also pitched in with some light housekeeping along the way, and has been consistently flexible when we've needed to adjust hours or asked her to step in on short notice. We can't recommend Lola highly enough to any family looking for a caregiver who treats your child like their own.
