About Lora

I bring 40 years experience in Mental Health, a Masters in School Counseling, past certification as Addiction Specialist (CASAC). My unique skill set also includes behavior management, development of strategies to compensate for physical and/or cognitive challenges. The ability to observe changes in these areas can be critically important when new meds are introduced or others are discontinued. I am adept at communication with family and treatment teams. Additionally, I have advanced training and experience with individuals who have mental health disorders and memory, language, cognitive, learning & behavioral challenges. I am familiar with both local and federal entitlements, community resources, social services and the eligibility requirements of same. I have successfully assisted my clients obtain the benefits for which they are entitled and need in order to have a safe and healthy quality of life.
