I've always had a passion for caring for children and supporting families, so becoming a childcare provider was a natural choice for me. With my friendly and approachable nature, I easily connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive. My three years of experience caring for children of different ages have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to handle various situations and cater to individual needs. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience with toddlers and preschoolers. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup, text messages, or phone calls. I also respect and follow the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner. I understand the importance of consistency and structure for children's development.
