About Lori

I have been a caregiver since 2011 by virtue of personal experience. After over 35 years in non-profit accounting, I decided that caregiving is what I choose to do with my life. I can perform all facets of care, including medicine management, equipment management, bathing, dressing, hair and nail care. I am happy to provide companion care as well. My late patient referred to me as her friend, not her caregiver. I was honored to be her friend and am proud of that statement. I have cared for animals all of my life, from horses to mice. I have experience with reptiles also. I managed a feral cat population for 17 years. I personally own and care for my own angel of a dog. I participate and support animal charities. Animals are one of my passions. They seem to trust me and seek me out for help.
