About Lourdes

Hi! My name is Lourdes and I love working with kids because I love learning from them. As kids, they are incredibly open to learning everything. As someone with a background in Neuroscience, it's amazing to know that a child's brain is like a sponge absorbing everything they experience. I started working with kids when I was still in high school, and I continued doing so in college. I have experience with kids from 6mos to 15 yo and am also CPR/AED and first aid certified. In my spare time, I like to work out at the gym and take long walks. I also love baking and finding new recipes to cook. My skills include engaging kids with age appropriate activities trying to limit screens as much as possible, sticking to their schedules as best as possible, and creating a nurturing safe environment for kids. I am good with management and keeping everything organized and would love to be a part of your team. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
