About Louvenger

Louvenger is a respectful, compassionate, energetic and knowledgeable senior caregiver. She helped our parent immensely when she was having some memory issues and struggling with transition time (2 months or so) between independent living and assisted living. Louvenger goes by the motto "dignity first" and she really lives that out! Infinitely patient and respectful of seniors and quick to make jokes in the middle of funny situations. She is excellent at assisting seniors with startling transitions and big and small including big ones like moving. Our parent was very set back when she realized her new room was going to be smaller than she was initially told. She was upset. Louvenger listened empathetically and expressed compassion and stayed in the moment with our senior, then gradually guided her to her new room at the exact right time. 5 stars!
