Lu has been an incredible caretaker for our family. She is personable, prompt and really cares about our three kids. Our two year old son has not been successful with other sitters and Lu has been supportive and patient with him (and us!) as he has warmed to her. He now absolutely adores her and gets so excited for her to come over. Lu is firm yet gentle, values safety, and supports the boundaries that we set as parents. We love her!
