I have 15 years experience caring for all ages of kids. I really like what I do, because for me children are not a job they are a blessing to take care of.

Luciana cared for our two girls for three years. She was incredibly reliable that whole time. She was responsible for driving my kids around and we never had any concerns for their safety. She built a great relationship with our girls (and with our cat!) and we are so thankful for the time she spent with our family.

Luciana did an amazing job comforting our six month old! She was a great support to have in our transition out of maternity leave and made our daughter feel so comforted. She was reliable, always on time, and even made friends with our dog! We are so thankful for the support she gave us with our infant.

Luciana did a great job watching our toddler and four year old when our regular nanny was out for a number of days. The kids loved playing with her and making art. Would definitely hire again!

Luciana has been taking care of my daughter since she was 9 months old, and she's now 18 months. Luciana has always been very sweet and patient with her, and my daughter is always so happy to see her! 

She is very responsible and we can really count on her.

Luciana is a great babysitter. We have known her for 3 years now. She took care of our daughter when she was still a baby. We call Luciana occasionally now that our kid is at daycare, but she is always on time and does amazing job with our kid. My daughter loves Luciana and often asks when she is coming to play with her. Luciana is very patient and caring. She has lots of experience, but never gives unsolicited advice like other sitters may. I love that she reads to our kid. I highly recommend her as a babysitter.

Agreed upon a rate prior to Luciana accepting the position. She worked one day and then told me she needed more money per hour because her other family she was working for paid more and she was thinking about staying with them. I made it very clear, in writing, what the rate and hours were before she accepted my position. It's unfortunate she was not honest about her intentions as I would have hired someone else instead.

Luciana interviewed with me and I thought she is very nice, kids liked her, and I hoped she would be offered the position. Unfortunately when it came time to meet with families, she set up the time and called last minute to cancel.
