Hello my name is Lucie, I am French Canadian, and I've lived here almost all my life, being that my parents came here when I was five, I've been a CNA for 20+ yrs and would like the opportunity to help your loved one. I'd describe my personality as being patient, trustworthy, and kind. I like caring for elderly because I believe they need care, being that there life is worth talking about, and I'm a listener, and I love talking about there maker. Im looking for part time maybe a weekend. I would love and care for your loved one until the end, with and will be on board with hospice, if need be. I can use lifts and any other tool used to help lift or transfer, good companion, and can cook.

I can’t say enough about how valuable Lucie was to me with the care of my mom. I live in Virginia and my mom lived in New Smyrna. For almost two years Lucie was my mom’s caregiver and friend. When mom needed someone to stay overnight she didn’t hesitate. She took her to appointments, picked up meds, cleaned, made meals, etc. Basically anything my mom needed. And my mom could be sassy and Lucie handled it so well. She even watched over my mom’s dog. In December 2025, my mom was moved into a facility and I had Lucie stay on to help watch over my mom and make sure she had what she needed. She would visit 3-4 times a week and got my mom what she needed. Mom passed in June. I couldn’t have gotten through the last two years without her help. She is truly one of a kind. Before her I went through a number of caregivers who weren’t committed.
