About Lucy

I am childcare professional with over 15 years of experience in the childcare field. I have accumulated valuable child care skills and knowledge while working in classrooms, summer camps, and private in home settings with children ranging from 3 months old to 12 years of age. I am highly dedicated to fostering nurturing environments and designing engaging activities to drive children's psychological, social, and intellectual well being along with achieving developmental milestones. I am an expert at strengthening relationships and interactions between children and parents as well as managing family schedules. As for my work experience, from Sept 2021 to currently I have have been a full time nanny for a private family and their 2. 5-year-old child. From July 2020-Sept 2021, I was a full time nanny for a young family and their 2. 5-year-old child. Prior to becoming a nanny I was a lead teacher at the JCC Chicago.
