Elder Care & Patient Support Specialist Dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with extensive experience supporting elderly patients in both clinical and home settings. Former Patient Care Technician with Main Line Health System, where I provided hands-on care and support in a fast-paced medical environment. I also have experience managing a physician's office, ensuring efficient operations and patient satisfaction. My role as a Home Health Aide with Bayada further deepened my commitment to individualized, in-home senior care. Most recently, I've served as an advocate / caregiver for a former neighbor with dementia--helping her secure SSI benefits, mental health services, a nurse navigator, and case management support. I bring a strong understanding of the medical, emotional, and social needs of seniors, and I'm passionate about connecting them with the resources they deserve while preserving their dignity and quality of life.
