About Luiza

Luiza cared for our 2 young children for almost 4 years. She worked for us from the time our first child was 5 months old until a little after he turned 4. We also had a second child during that time, so she cared for him from the time he was born until about 2 years of age. She was an amazing caregiver to our children and they absolutely love her. She is reliable, flexible and trust worthy. She’s playful and energetic with the kids, but always cautious of their safety. She is very creative and likes to do various activities with them to keep them active. She’s great at following instructions and asking for clarification when needed. She’s calm and patient, but can implement rules and boundaries when necessary. Connecting with children comes very naturally to her, and she genuinely enjoys spending time with them and caring for them. I would have loved to keep her as our children’s caregiver forever but our family’s needs outgrew her availability. Any family that hires her will be very lucky to have her.
