About Lupita

Hello, families! My name is Lupita & I'd love to share with you a snapshot of my years in the field: For the past 10 years, I worked long term partnerships with 2 high-profile families in MB as their all-in-one nanny, personal assistant, tutor, and house manager (think errand runs, meal prepping, light housekeeping, scheduling/planning events, scheduling/supervising service calls). Prior to that, I worked for the LESD as a 1:1 aide in neurodivergent classrooms, and as an after school program leader (during which I led classrooms of 30+ students). I have professional and personal experience with ages 0-13 years old & am comfortable delegating time between multiple kiddos. What I bring to the table: montessori approach, fun, an active lifestyle, communication, respect, and positivity. My rate (based on tasks on hand) is from $30-$35/hr.
