$25 per hour is misleading because she brings her children to help clean bathrooms and it's not as good as if she does it herself, also she charges me a flat rate of $125 and finishes in 2 hours. She's very good and very clean however she brings other people to work with her and I've had 3 incidents the other lady rushed and pulled the blinds that has been on the window for a long time and the material is fragile but she yanked it, by the the I went to tell her to becareful, the blind was broken and now she said the items in my house were already falling apart and the break with just one touch. She took a broom and reached the ceiling fan to clean it and broke the light cover which is irreplaceable, I have to change the entire fan so I told her to becareful because it's becoming a trend so she got upset and said she will not come back to my house to clean. I pay her $125 for less than 4 hours. She only cleans 1.5 bathrooms and 1 bedroom throughout the year and now she's saying that she changes me less than what my house is worth. I'm very disappointed because she's showing me a different side than she did when she first started cleaning. She brings her little children to help her clean and they are not as experienced as her which I feel is not right to rush through the work but to be fair, if she does the cleaning without bringing others, she does an amazing job, she has an older daughter who also does an excellent job. But she should not have her younger ones to clean
