About Luz

Besides being a grandmother, I have also been a nanny for my five grandchildren, which includes a pair of twin boys, and many other children. It has been a lifetime of caring, loving, cuddling, and most of all unconditional love. A life experience that started by caring for my cousins, and helping my aunties by babysitting. My initial caregiving opportunity came through a connection at my church, where I cared for an older individual, leading to other opportunities to work with the elderly. I discovered Care. com, which opened up options to care for children. Through Care. com, I have cared for infants, toddlers, and older children. Then, a family found me through word of mouth. I cared for two little girls a baby. Mom had her third daughter whom I had cared for since she was a newborn. I took care of the girls until they started school, and I still occasionally babysit for the family and now I'm seeking a long-term job.
