About Luz

Hi, my name is (Luz) Marie! I was a para/sub in a school. I have worked with special needs students. Outside of the school I have cared for children of various ages, helping with daily routines such as getting ready for school, meals, homework, transportation to activities, and appointments. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and positive environment where children can learn, play, and feel valued. I speak Spanish. I am learning sign language for my daughter who is deaf. What began as childcare has truly grown into a passion for nurturing children and helping families feel supported and at ease. I am attentive, responsible, and believe every child deserves to feel heard, encouraged, and cared for. I understand that trust is important when choosing someone to care for your child, and I take that responsibility seriously. I would love the opportunity to support your family.
