About Lydia

I'm a reliable, kindhearted caregiver with a wide range of childcare experience. For 8 years, I've varied between working in daycares & as a nanny. While I value the daycare experience, I find that environment limits personalized attention, so I've always preferred providing more customized care as an in-home caregiver, especially when it comes to children in their early years of development. Having worked with children from as young as 2 months old, I'm comfortable working for families with any age group in facilitating the day-to-day necessities of their children. My goal is to help any child in my care to thrive & grow in a positive, nurturing environment. I was a swim instructor at the YMCA for 5 years, & taught water safety/swimming to children ages 2-15, so I'm comfortable supervising swimming if needed.
