About Lydia Mary

After 10 years of working with families as a childcare specialist and getting a master's degree in Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College, I started working as a professional sleep trainer and overnight nanny to help families get the sleep they need to thrive. The combination of my certifications as both a Pediatric Sleep Consultant and a Newborn Care Specialist allow me to take a holistic perspective when it comes to sleep. I approach every family with the personalized touch that it takes to see the sleep training process through from beginning to end. Why am I so passionate about this work? I believe that no parent or child should have to struggle with long-term, chronic sleep deprivation. My goal is always the same; to ensure both parent and child can get the sleep they need to flourish.
