About Lydia

Lydia is caring, loving, dependable, punctual, responsible, and an excellent communicator. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about our daughter and treats her with so much love and patience. She raised three children of her own, and her experience as a mother truly shines through. Her motherly instincts are amazing, and she naturally understands what our toddler needs throughout the day. We especially appreciate how intentional Lydia is about keeping our daughter engaged and learning. She creates fun, creative, age-appropriate activities, reads with her, plays with her, and encourages her curiosity and development. She also makes sure our toddler eats well-balanced meals and snacks throughout the day. Most days, she sends us an update on what she ate, how she napped, and how her day is going. Those updates give us so much peace of mind while we are working. Lydia is incredibly attentive, reliable, and takes initiative. She helps keep our daughter’s areas organized, cleans up after activities, and treats our home with care and respect. Most importantly, Lydia has developed such a special bond with our daughter.
