About Lydia

My name is Lydia, and I am entering my senior year at Lancaster Bible College, where I am studying Early Childhood Education. I have worked with children since I was 13 through church volunteering, serving as a teacher's assistant, working as a behavioral technician, completing internships in public and private school classrooms, and working as a camp counselor. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills. My goal is to become a teacher and positively impact students' lives by helping them learn, grow, and gain confidence. I believe every child is unique and deserves individualized support to reach their full potential. As a full-time college student, I am available during the summer months and can work to August 27. I would need to provide a two-week notice before beginning a new position.
