We used Lyn several times as an in-home nanny for our one-year-old son, and she was wonderful with him! Lyn has such a calm, reassuring presence, and my son took to her immediately. She kept him engaged, laughing, and having fun the entire time she was with him. It was clear she genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I work from home, and whenever I popped in for things I needed to handle myself (like breastfeeding), Lyn would proactively tidy up around the house without being asked, which was such a thoughtful bonus. The only reason we didn’t hire Lyn for a regular position was due to a scheduling conflict. We absolutely plan to continue hiring her whenever our schedules align, and we highly recommend her to any family looking for a kind, dependable, and engaging nanny.
