With more than 14yrs dedicated to enriching the lives of adults and seniors, I'm deeply committed to supporting their well-being and independence. My background includes a degree in Culinary Arts, which helps me plan a dietary menu to meet the needs of each client. I have extensive experience in home health care, including, but not limited to, Dementia & Parkinson's care. I also assist with medication management, light housekeeping, transportation to & from doctors visits, & running errands. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities as needed. I prioritize open communication with families, adhering to their preferred method of communication.
