Certified continuing Care Assistant. I have 8 years experience in providing care for all ages . I have experience in long-term care centres and home health. I have worked with many people ranging from dementia/Alzheimer's, to mental/physical disabilities. I can assist clients with ADL'S and IADL'S which include Assistance with basic needs, such as cooking and meal prep, feeding, dressing, bathing/showering. Medication reminders Help with ambulation and mobility like transfers, walking, repositioning, ect Assistance with personal care and Hygiene Light housekeeping such as doing dishes, make bed, vacuum/sweep/mop floors, clean, fold put away laundry I can drive Clients to Dr's appointments, do groceries, shopping, go to Community events and more certified in Hospice, palliative care and offer respite Continuing care assistant certification.
