About Lynne

I am a mature single woman that is looking for a meaningful new position. I am available for companionship, conversation, errands, meal preparation, doctors visits and anything else needed in the normal course of a day. I have extensive personal experience working with seniors with dementia, Parkinson's disease, memory, sight and hearing loss. My father suffered from dementia and Parkinson's for many years and he fiercely hung on to his independence for as long as he could. I was involved in his daily life and helped him comfortably and with dignity negotiate difficulties brought on by his illnesses. This experience gave me a true appreciation and understanding of the aging process. I have found that I have developed valuable skills over the last many years including compassion, empathy, and patience which is imperative in working with seniors. I am reliable and loyal and truly enjoy helping seniors with the skills needed to maintain an independent lifestyle.
