About Lynn

Making a positive impact on people's lives is what drives me. I have been in healthcare for over 30 years. I became a CNA when I was a junior in high school and worked in a boarding home. I then went on to do some private care. I worked on a mental health ward and in a hospital on a Med/Surg floor and ICU floor. I received my NCMA (Medical Assistant) and have worked in internal medicine and family medicine offices. I also helped care for my grandmother for five years, who had Alzheimer's. I have some college experience. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I offer respite care, run errands, do light housekeeping, prepare meals, and provide mobility assistance. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. My personality is patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable.
